How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier's website. How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days domestically in the United States. Pre-order item shipping time frames will vary on an item-to-item basis from the date your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, if you need to update your shipping address or request a size change, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

PRE-ORDERS

What is a pre-order? A pre-order allows you to secure an item before it is officially in stock. Your payment is collected at the time of purchase, and your order ships once the item is ready.
