All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a resolution, email orders@colourtrax.com with clear photo proof of the issue, and we will review your case.

Items reported outside of this window will not be eligible for review.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As all sales are final, we are unable to accommodate returns on any items, including sale items and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, please reach out to us at orders@colourtrax.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
