Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few hours for tracking to become active after you receive this notification.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items operate on a separate fulfilment timeline. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order products are listed on their respective product pages and on our FAQ page. By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the stated timeline for that item.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Available carriers and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at the time of purchase.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to control delivery timelines. If your tracking has not updated within an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact us at orders@colourtrax.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@colourtrax.com and we will attempt to make the correction before fulfilment.
